The homes of Lake Park Crescent are centrally located with access to landscaped courtyards and a new 2.8-acre park. The Park, which includes a children’s play area with swings, slides and a water feature, will enhance the community and draw people together.

An architecturally-significant pedestrian bridge (currently planned for future installation by the City of Chicago) will link the park with the lakefront’s Burnham Park, part of the 26 continuous miles of Chicago’s lakefront park system.
