Please join us April 4th to 6th, for the Southside Home Tour sponsored by the Southside Builders Association. The home tour will encompass the Bronzeville, North Kenwood/Oakland, Woodlawn, Hyde Park, & South Shore neighborhoods and highlight the best new developments in the area.

The Southside Builders Association is a not-for-profit association of professional builders who are dedicated to the rejuvenation of Chicago’s historic south side. In addition to supporting its members' commitment to building superior quality homes, the SBA seeks to provide technical and professional input to the City of Chicago on issues affecting housing.
